The Bleed-Thru Additives are industrial strength dyes that-when dissolved and mixed into ink-bleed through layer after layer of oil-based paint, both light and dark colors, used to buff or paint over the tag(s). Not only do they bleed through paint, but they also "react" with many solvents found in oil-based paint and spread around the surface as it's rolled or painted, making a big mess. These dyes MUST be dissolved in some type of solvent before being added to ink. Acetone, M.E.K. or Denatured Alcohol is recommended. These dyes DO NOT work in paint. You should wear a respirator and gloves when mixing these dyes.
