Blackout is an oil-based permanent, staining paint refill that flows like regular ink but covers like paint. It's got an oil-based penetrating agent that makes it seep into whatever surface it's used on and stain it incredibly hard. Dries quickly to a glossy, fade-resistant finish. Works best in mops.
