| 3. Q-DO YOU ACCEPT MAIL ORDERS? |
| A-Yes we do. Alot of our customers do not have credit/debit cards or Paypal accounts, so we do accept POSTAL MONEY ORDERS and well-hidden cash. When sending cash make sure to wrap the money in a piece of paper so it is not
visible through the envelope. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for cash lost during transit. Also, we ONLY accept Postal Money Orders due to counterfeit Western Union and other types of money orders. All cash must be US currency.
Any money order other than from the Post Office will be returned to the sender. When sending a money order please e-mail us at admin@illadelstylez.com for the address to send it to. |

| 4. Q-HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ORDERS TO USUALLY ARRIVE? |
| A-Usual arrival time on all USA orders is 2-5 days depending on where you live. All orders outside of the USA can take anywhere from 5-14 days depending on where you live and how long customs sits on the package before releasing it. |

| A-Yes. ALL orders ship with a tracking number so they can be traced up until time of delivery. International orders can be traced by the number on the customs form. To obtain the tracking number for your order contact us at admin@illadelstylez.com. |

| 6. Q-IS THERE A MINIMUM ON HOW MANY CANS OF SPRAYPAINT I HAVE TO ORDER? |
| A-Yes. The MINIMUM IS 4 REGULAR-SIZED CANS or 4 TALL CANS of spraypaint. The regular-sized cans and tall cans can be mixed but you MUST get at least 4. If you order 3 regular/tall cans and 1 pocket can or micro can the amount the cans cost will be refunded immediately and the rest of the order will ship. To avoid confusion and aggravation please remember that when ordering spraypaint the MINIMUM IS 4 REGULAR-SIZED CANS or 4 TALL CANS. |

| 7. Q-IF I ORDER THE WRONG ITEM CAN I RETURN IT FOR THE CORRECT ONE? |
| A-Yes and no....if you order the wrong item you can return it ONLY IF it has not been used. Just e-mail us and let us know to expect a package and as soon as it arrives we will send the new item. However, if you order the wrong item and use it you CAN NOT return it for a new item. ALL returns MUST be in the same exact condition
as when it was shipped. If you open it you keep it. |

| 8. Q-CAN I USE A GIFT CARD ON YOUR SITE? |
| A-No. We use Paypal for our shopping cart and they DO NOT accept gift cards. They do accept Visa and Mastercard PRE-PAID DEBIT CARDS. If you have to buy a pre-paid card make sure it says PRE-PAID and not GIFT CARD somewhere on the front or back of the card or package. |

| A-No. ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless we ship the wrong item, which will be replaced with the correct one. However, if you DO NOT OPEN the item you want to exchange and want to pay for shipping again, we will exchange the item. IlladelStylez IS NOT responsible for shipping on exchanges or returns. |

| 10. Q-MY PACKAGE WAS OPENED WHEN I RECEIVED IT. DO YOU REPLACE ANYTHING DAMAGED OR MISSING? |
| A-IlladelStylez IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LATE, LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES. We package every item as safely and securely as humanly possible before shipping. Once the package is out of our hands we ARE NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE FOR IT. We also check the order/invoice 3 times to make certain we did not miss anything in the order. We can not help the way the shipping agency handles the packages. |

| 12. Q-HOW DO YOU SHIP THE ORDERS? |
| A-We use both the US Post Office and UPS to ship orders. For orders NOT containing spraypaint we ship them via US Post Office using Priority Shipping so we can get the package delivered as quickly as possible. For orders containing only spraypaint or both spraypaint and other items we ship via UPS. By law aerosol products MUST be shipped by Ground Service. Orders shipped with UPS usually take 2 to 5 days to arrive depending on where the customer lives. |
